Constructed in 1930, this is currently the Macao Conservatory.
Architectural characteristics:
The two-storey building has a veranda on the ground floor supported by square pillars, and an balcony on the upper floor supported by round columns with capital ornaments. At the centre of the façade the balcony protrudes. From the ground floor veranda, the geometric decorations on the railings on the first floor, the garden walls, and the classical components commonly seen in the late 19th century, it is clear that the building is of eclectic architectural style.
