Constructed in 1916, this house was the private house of the wealthy Macao merchant Kou Hening.
Architectural characteristics:
It is a western-style three-storey building with a tower on both sides. The central part consists of two levels of arcades and the third floor is crowned with a pediment. The interior layout of the house was constructed in Chinese style which greatly contrasts with the exterior of the house representing the combination of Chinese and Western culture in Macao.
