Built in 1868, this building was the commercial headquarters of the company Jardine Matheson. Later, it served as residence purposes, then became part of the Ricci School since 1955 until now. This typically Portuguese manor house is considered to be Eclectic architectural style. The decorations, sculptures and garlands which adorn the top of the windows and doors of the building, were popular baroque-inspired elements during the time. A triangular pediment tops the façade of the building that features a sloping tiled roof, and making it more solemn and imposing. Both buildings express similar architectural language and style, indirectly suggesting that they were formed as a group.
