This is a rock formation that was engraved in 1847 with the inscription of the Portuguese royal coat of arms (formed by a crown and a shield), also including the sentence “Rampa dos Cavaleiros”, which means “Slope of Knights 1847”.
This rock was installed at this site to celebrate the opening of new avenues in the area of Mong-Ha.
